Michael Strahan and Constance Schwartz-Morini
Constance Schwartz-Morini is co-founder and CEO of SMAC Entertainment, a talent management firm, business incubator, and Emmy-nominated production company she co-founded with Michael Strahan in 2011.
Her career spans more than three decades across sports, entertainment, music, and media. She has developed the modern playbook for how athletes and entertainers navigate their multifaceted careers while developing businesses and strategic partnerships that expand reputation and onboard new audiences.
Schwartz-Morini got her start at the NFL, serving in various roles across television programming, sponsorship, events, marketing, and player engagement. After 10 years at the NFL, Schwartz-Morini joined The Firm, creating their strategic marketing and sponsorship division. For nearly a decade, she managed Snoop Dogg, elevating his prominence as a multi-platinum selling rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur. She helped him launch the Snoop Youth Football League, from which dozens of participants have continued their playing careers at Division 1 institutions and more than a dozen have made it to the NFL.
At SMAC, Schwartz-Morini and her team manage Erin Andrews, three Pro Football Hall of Famers: Michael Strahan, Tony Gonzalez, and Deion Sanders, as well as Curt Menefee, Brian Orakpo, Michael Griffin, Camille Kostek, Brie Garcia, Nikki Garcia, October Gonzalez, Shante Broadus, Bryan Hynson, Wiz Khalifa, Common, DK Metcalf and Stefon Diggs. 
She is the engineer behind Michael Strahan transitioning his career from a Super Bowl Champion to an Emmy-winner, entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author, and one of America’s top media personalities today. She is a co-founder of The Michael Strahan Brand – a lifestyle company that includes top-selling clothing and accessories lines, a licensed NFL line, and Michael Strahan Daily Defense, a new skin and shave collection. She also orchestrated the launch of Erin Andrews’ sports-licensed apparel collection, WEAR by Erin Andrews.
Schwartz-Morini executive produces scripted and unscripted film and TV projects, including: “The Underdoggs” (MGM) and “BS High” (HBO), both currently in production, along with “$100,000 Pyramid” (ABC), season two of “More Than An Athlete” (ESPN), “The Cost of Winning” and “State of Play: Happiness” (HBO), “Coach Prime” (Barstool Sports), “Play it Forward,” (Showtime), and “Snoop Dogg Presents The Joker’s Wild” (TNT). She was also an executive producer on the highly rated and critically acclaimed Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards.
Schwartz-Morini was raised in Yonkers, NY and received her bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York at Oswego.
Two-time Emmy winner, Super Bowl Champion and Peabody award winning journalist Michael Strahan currently co-hosts ABC’s “Good Morning America,” serves as an analyst for “Fox NFL Sunday,” and hosts ABC’s primetime game show favorite “$100,000 Pyramid.” Strahan also headlines the Thursday Night Football Pregame Show live on the Fox Broadcast Network. Strahan is the co-founder of SMAC Entertainment, a multi-dimensional talent management, music, branding and production company which has created a major presence in the sports and entertainment arena. The line quickly expanded, with MSX by MICHAEL STRAHAN, an men’s and boys’ athleisure line, and MSX for NFL, a men and women NFL licensed apparel line. COLLECTION and MSX are transitioning into MICHAEL STRAHAN brand name and expanding into men’s skincare. The Michael Strahan lifestyle brand continues to expand and is available at JCPenney’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Jos A Bank, HSN and QVC and more retailers nationwide. Strahan released his best-selling book, “Wake Up Happy: The Dream Big, Win Big Guide to Transforming Your Life,” which includes personal stories and motivational advice. Dedicated to many charitable works, Strahan donates his hands and heart to numerous charities including The USO, HELP USA and Merging Vets and Players.
